The Banner Student Information System will be undergoing maintenance on Friday, 9/7/2018, starting at 10PM ET. The maintenance will continue until Saturday, 9/8/2018 at 3AM ET. Self-Service Banner and some portions of the Rowan Online Portal — including the “My Courses” tool — are expected to be unavailable during the maintenance period.
If you are attempting to access your courses during the maintenance period, it is strongly recommended that you proceed to Canvas directly by logging into the Rowan Online Portal and clicking “Access your courses in Canvas” instead of using the “My Courses” tool. Online courses and access to the Canvas LMS (Learning Management System) should not be affected.
