    The Banner Student Information System will be undergoing maintenance on Friday, 5/25/2018, starting at 10PM ET. The maintenance will continue until Saturday, 5/26/2018 at 3AM ET. Self-Service Banner and some portions of the Rowan Online Portal — including the “My Courses” tool — are expected to be unavailable during the maintenance period.

    If you are attempting to access your courses during the maintenance period, it is strongly recommended that you proceed to Canvas directly by logging into the Rowan Online Portal and clicking “Access your courses in Canvas” instead of using the “My Courses” tool. Online courses and access to the Canvas LMS (Learning Management System) should not be affected.

    If you experience any additional issues or are unable to log into the Rowan Online Portal during the maintenance period, please contact Rowan Online by submitting a support ticket or calling 856-256-5164.

    The "My Courses" tool in the Rowan Online Portal is currently experiencing issues and is undergoing maintenance. If you are attempting to access your courses in Canvas, you can proceed directly to Canvas by logging into the Rowan Online Portal and clicking the “Access your courses in Canvas” button instead of using the “My Courses” tool. Online courses and access to the Canvas LMS (Learning Management System) are not affected by this outage. We apologize for the inconvenience.

During this period, users may experience intermittent issues while logging into the Portal and/or Canvas. Some campus resources – including Self-Service Banner, student Gmail, and some portions of the Rowan Online Portal (such as the "My Courses" tool) – may also be affected.

    If you are able to login to the Portal but cannot access the "My Courses" tool, it is strongly recommended that you proceed to Canvas directly by logging into the Rowan Online Portal and clicking “Access your courses in Canvas” instead of using the “My Courses” tool.
