Rowan University will be performing maintenance to its Banner systems from Friday, August 14th at 10:00 PM until Saturday, August 15th at 10:00 PM. During this 24-hour period, some portions of the Rowan Online Portal — including the “My Courses” tool — will be unavailable. This means that instructors will not be able to create Canvas course shells or cross-list courses during the maintenance period. Online courses and access to the Canvas LMS (Learning Management System) should not be affected.

Rowan University will be performing maintenance to its Banner systems on Friday, May 8th from 5:00 PM to 7:00 PM. Self-Service Banner and some portions of the Rowan Online Portal — including the “My Courses” tool — are expected to be unavailable during the maintenance period. If you are attempting to access your courses during the maintenance period, it is strongly recommended that you proceed to Canvas directly by logging into the Rowan Online Portal and clicking “Access your courses in Canvas” instead of using the “My Courses” tool. Online courses and access to the Canvas LMS (Learning Management System) should not be affected.
