System Status

Rowan University will be performing maintenance to its Banner systems on Friday, May 8th from 5:00 PM to 7:00 PM. Self-Service Banner and some portions of the Rowan Online Portal — including the “My Courses” tool — are expected to be unavailable during the maintenance period. If you are attempting to access your courses during the maintenance period, it is strongly recommended that you proceed to Canvas directly by logging into the Rowan Online Portal and clicking “Access your courses in Canvas” instead of using the “My Courses” tool. Online courses and access to the Canvas LMS (Learning Management System) should not be affected.

The Rowan Online Portal will be undergoing maintenance on Wednesday, 4/1/2020 from 10:00 AM to 1:00 PM. During the maintenance window, the Portal may be offline for brief periods of time. Rowan University will be performing network maintenance on Sunday, 1/12/2020 from 3:00 PM to 6:00 PM EST. During this period, users may be intermittently unable to login to the Portal and/or Canvas.
