The CGCE Blackboard system is currently experiencing periods of slowness when loading "My Courses" and other course materials. The CGCE Online Services team is currently working with Blackboard, Inc. to resolve the issue. In the meantime, some pages in Blackboard may take up to 2 minutes to fully load. As we are already aware of the issue, there is no need to submit a support ticket. We apologize for the inconvenience.
UPDATE - CGCE has been working with Blackboard to correct the performance issues with our Blackboard system. As of approx 1:15 PM on 11/1, the issues seem to have been resolved. Users who are continuing to experience issues should contact support asap by submitting a ticket to the Support Center after logging into the CGCE Portal.
