The Banner Student Information System will be undergoing planned maintenance during Thanksgiving weekend. The maintenance will begin on Wednesday, 11/23/2016 at 10pm and continue until Thursday, 11/24/2016 (Thanksgiving) at 10pm. Additional maintenance may continue until Sunday, 11/27/2016 at 10pm. Self-Service Banner and some portions of the Rowan Online Portal — including the “My Courses” tool — are expected to be unavailable on Thanksgiving and may continue to be unavailable throughout the Thanksgiving weekend.
If you are attempting to access your courses during the weekend, it is strongly recommended that you proceed to Canvas directly by logging into the Rowan Online Portal and clicking “Access your courses in Canvas” instead of using the “My Courses” tool. Online courses and access to the learning management system should not be affected by the maintenance.
