Update (11:47am): The Rowan Online Support Center has been brought back online. Students and faculty may resume to submit and manage tickets through the Support Center in the Rowan Online Portal. Thank you for your patience.
Update (9:50am): The Rowan Online Support Center is still undergoing maintenance and may remain unavailable until 12 p.m. (noon) EST. Students and faculty requiring assistance may still call the Support Center phone line at (856) 256-5164. We apologize for the continued service interruption and will provide an update when the Support Center is online.
The Rowan Online Support Center will be undergoing maintenance on Thursday, 6/18/15, from 8 a.m. to 10 a.m. EST. During this period, the Support Center will be unable to accept tickets submitted through the Portal. However, students and faculty requiring assistance may call the Support Center phone line at (856) 256-5164. We will attempt to minimize downtime as much as possible.

Canvas will be undergoing maintenance Tuesday, June 16th starting at 12:00 AM PT / 1:00 AM MT / 2:00 AM CT / 3:00 AM ET. Users will not be able to access Canvas for up to 2 hours (until 2:00 AM PT / 3:00 AM MT / 4:00 AM CT / 5:00 AM ET). We hope that this maintenance will take less time than estimated; a maintenance page will be displayed to users while Canvas is not accessible.

On-Campus Internet Service Interruptions [RESOLVED] |

UPDATE (9/22/14 @ 9:50am): Issues with on-campus internet connectivity have been resolved, including access to online lecture videos. Thank you for your patience.
Rowan University has been experiencing Internet service interruptions over the past several days. This issue is actively being worked on, but during this time certain resources (such as lecture videos) may not be available to students accessing CGCE courses while on campus. This does not impact students connecting from outside the Rowan network. We will provide updates as they become available. Sorry for any inconvenience.

Google Connection Issues [RESOLVED] |

UPDATE (4:34pm): Connection to Google services has been restored on the Rowan network. On-campus users can now access their Gmail, Google Docs (Drive), and other related Google services.
The Rowan network is currently experiencing connectivity issues while attempting to access Google services. This issue affects all Google services, including Gmail, Google Docs (Drive), and Youtube. Any users who are attempting to access these services while on-campus will be unable to connect to these Google services until the issue is resolved. This issue does not affect users who are accessing Google services from off-campus. We will provide an update when connection to these Google services are restored. We apologize for any inconvenience this may cause.

Canvas Issues [RESOLVED] |

UPDATE - This issue has been resolved as of 3:15pm August 25th. Please let us know if you experience any additional issues.
CGCE Canvas Learning Management System is currently experiencing system slowness and performance issues. The Canvas vendor is aware of the problem and is currently working on a solution. We will provide an update as we receive additional information.
As of approximately 11:00am Monday August 25th the Canvas system started to experience performance problems. This issue impacts a large number of Canvas clients including Rowan University. The Canvas vendor is actively working on a solution to improve performance and a resolution may involve a brief outage of the system. CGCE is monitoring the situation and will update this post when we know more. Thank you for your continued patience why we work to resolve this issue. Users are asked to wait for an update prior to contacting support.
