    The Banner Student Information System will be undergoing maintenance from Saturday, December 29th at 2:00 p.m. until Sunday, December 30th at 4:00 a.m. Self-Service Banner and some portions of the Rowan Online Portal — including the “My Courses” tool — are expected to be unavailable during the maintenance period.

    If you are attempting to access your courses during the maintenance period, it is strongly recommended that you proceed to Canvas directly by logging into the Rowan Online Portal and clicking “Access your courses in Canvas” instead of using the “My Courses” tool. Online courses and access to the Canvas LMS (Learning Management System) should not be affected.

    Turnitin will be performing emergency maintenance on its system on Saturday, Sept. 22, 2018 from 11am to 8pm in response to recent service interruptions. Students will not be able to submit Turnitin assignments and professors will not be able to grade Turnitin assignments during this window.

    Please note that as the majority of assignment submissions for online & hybrid courses do not fall during this maintenance window, students should still have time to submit their Turnitin assignments before the due date. Please consult your course syllabus for your specific submission due dates and to see if your course uses Turnitin.

    If your course does not use Turnitin, you will not be impacted by this outage.
